The NC 10% Campaign is hosting a Youth Video Contest.

 ***WIN up to $50 and other great local foods prizes!!*** 
Youth in middle and high school are encourage to submit a video on the theme ‘What’s Local to Youth.’

Inspire a Future Scientist

Please VOTE for North Carolina 4-H member Chase Lewis in his quest to win the 4-H/Hughes Net "Inspire a Future Scientist" video contest.  Chase is one of 10 national finalists.  The grand prize winner wins $1,000 and a trip to 4-H National Youth Science Day in Washington.  You can vote once a day from each electronic device you have. Voting runs for three weeks (July 14-August 1).

Celebrating Agriculture

Where: Fisher River Park, Dobson

It's that time again, as we prepare for fall the N.C. Cooperative Extension office will be hosting its 9th Annual Celebration of Agriculture. Activities include: food, tractor displays, 4-H Kids Area with games for kids of all ages, live animals, hands-on activities, beekeepers, master gardeners, and much more!
