4-H is For You! 4-H is a fun and educational program for children ages 5-18. The 4-H program is the youth component of the N.C. Cooperative Extension, that is dedicated to helping boys and girls develop life skills needed to be contributing members of their communities. Children of all racial, cultural, economic and social backgrounds are welcome to participate in 4-H educational programs. 4-H is open to all kids – you do not have to live on a farm to enjoy 4-H opportunities!

Astronomy Wonders

As the temperature gets cooler it signifies not only that fall is here but it is also time for our annual Astronomy Wonders program. We hope you will join us at Fisher River Park on Saturday, November 17 to view the stars with local Piedmont Amateur Astronomers! Viewing hours are between 6:00 and 10:00pm.
