4-H is For You! 4-H is a fun and educational program for children ages 5-18. The 4-H program is the youth component of the N.C. Cooperative Extension, that is dedicated to helping boys and girls develop life skills needed to be contributing members of their communities. Children of all racial, cultural, economic and social backgrounds are welcome to participate in 4-H educational programs. 4-H is open to all kids – you do not have to live on a farm to enjoy 4-H opportunities!

2014 4-H Fall Leaders Day

Fall Day is open to all adult volunteers and those interested in becoming a volunteer. This year the NC Leader’s Fall Day will be held on Saturday, November 8th in Alamance County at Alamance Community College. The purpose of the “Fall Day” is to introduce leaders to new curriculum and provide the opportunity to do hands on workshops with the current 4-H Curriculum. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to meet other 4-H Volunteers from around our district and learn about some great programming.
